The woman was nice but I found a hair in my doughnut and I asked them to change it and she gave me an attitude I am having a bad experience at this airport for some reason I wish everybody would be nicer and more customer service orientated I think they understand that we cannot leave the airport therefore we somehow need them

Why have a DD in a secure building but broadcast it on search engines?? If its not open to the public you should put that on your website to avoid confusion. I got there, I could see it from outside but there was no way to go in unless you work in the American admin building!

The breakfast bagel was average.. That's to be excepted. But the staff was so friendly! They made sure they had my order right and gave me a nice cup and lid for water, which is unusual in an airport restaurant.

After a horrible day of flight cancellations and delays, I had a really great experience with the staff there.

Hey this address is wrong, You guys should be aware of your google maps listing. Made me lose my time. (If someone is reading this review and you are looking to get their donuts, they are inside the airport)

The dunkin donuts on pioneer road is very bad. Everytime I go there there is no o w at the register and when you speak up they still do t come to front. If you order you have to allocate some time for them to give you your order. I stopped going there.

Google is importing this location from the DD site which has incorrectly loaded addresses for DFW Airport locations. This address is a secured office building which is not open to the public.

Something is wrong. I went to the address and I couldn’t find any store. It this address accurate?

My New England roots keep me coming back to Dunkies! I was on a city excursion and had to stop here to satisfy the craving.

I wanted donut fries but they ran out. Boohoo. I don't want to pay $1.10 for a donut.

I was the only one in line until my co-worker and his wife joined me. I was ignored when trying to make light conversation before ordering. I asked how big the kholaches were and the employee just pointed at the sign...okay? So I asked if the picture was actual size and the employee just nodded their head. Even when trying to communicate with the manager, that was making my co-workers iced coffee the I was getting one as well, I was ignored. I understand that your location is unconventional and the workers couldn't care less to even have that job. But being someone that's a professional in the customer service area, I'd definitely would be worried having people like this representing your company. Being the cherry on top, my kholaches weren't even baked through all the way. All I can do is laugh about how terrible my experience was, leave a review in hopes that it will not only be read but valued as constructive criticism. Best regards.

One star because they refused to take a complete/ non ripped dollar bill for payment. The bill was given as change just before and was wrinkled as though it had been through the wash in some pants pocket. The bill was complete with ALL numbers clearly showing and one tiny notch missing at the bottom middle. I asked an American Airlines pilot standing next to me in line if he thought the bill was unusable and he said "of course not:. It is legal tender". I asked the DD guy, if this was company policy and he shrugged and said no, but no one would take it. I can't take a picture of the bill to share online, due to Fed laws prohibiting, but I would certainly have taken this bill, when I used to work a register without hesitation. So... One star given due to the fact the management never explained our US laws about currency and legal tender not being denied in a purchase. Maybe it's different in the Middle East, but this is the US and our laws govern here.

Great Customer Service

Donuts tasted stale and weren’t anything like what you would expect at Dunkin’. Disappointing.

I ordered and the got my bagel out but my drink took 20 mins. My ice coffee consisted of cream and syrup. No coffee or even coffee flavoring to be found. Completely disappointed.The guy at the counter who took my order was very kind and reminded the line cooks of my order, but it still took another 10min. Many people got their orders before me. I had to consistantly remind them.1/10 never again

Great coffee and donuts. Comparable to Starbucks with less wait, and more food options.

Is there actually a DD in that building? Is it accessible to people that don’t necessarily work there?

Good drive through for hot coffee and breakfast sandwich. Line moves fast.

Ordered iced coffee with cream and sugar, got it fast. I only wanted 4 munchkins but had to order 10 to get any.

The food and coffee where good however, I was over charged by $40 I am not going to stop while trying to catch my flight to check my bank account we called them the next morning they asked us to send in a copy of the charges and we did. However they have neglected to take care if the issue this is 3 weeks in and still nothing. Personally if you go into this shop DO NOT USE YOUR CARDUpdate- they NEVER took care of the over charge just got ignored 😡

Beware of false advertising. Had a sign above cash register for 1.99 lattes for 2-6 happy hour period. They refused to honor that price once asked about it.

I'm a dunkin junkie. My "candy" store. Always fresh and good food, chicken wraps, doughnuts, coffee and tea.

I like dunkin donuts. There's not one at this location though. Do not waste your time driving to this location for you will not find it. Google please review and update.

Rude employees. Does not take my coupon (i used the same coupons last time) and tells me that I am holding up the line when I couldnt leave any quicker

My boyfriend & I went to the DD in terminal E. We were about to order when we realized they do not accept any gift certificates or electronic payment - the only way we ever pay for dunkin. Bummer! Then we decided to order anyways. I asked for a blueberry bagel and when I left the area and sat down to eat it was obvious the employee gave me the wrong bagel. I checked the receipt and she even charged me for the wrong one. I went back and asked for a blueberry bagel. The woman behind the counter gave me a hard time. My boyfriend stepped in and asked if they even had blueberry bagels and she said no. Why didn't she just tell me there was none? Very complicated and bad customer service. Not quick either - people behind us left while in line!

They told me they do not take purchases from the Dunkin’ rewards app, not even the electronic wallet. Which is BS because I saw the scanners sitting there. The cashier just didn’t want to push the extra buttons and lied to me. Sick service.

This is an awesome Dunkin donuts! I've been to many DDs and this one was probably has the fastest service I've seen! They also serve kolaches which you can't always get at other locations. Even though it's in an airport, they don't jack the prices up or reduce the size of your drink like I've seen them do at other locations. I was very impressed with my experience at this Dunkin donuts. Give it a try!

Mmmm....Donuts.... They were trying to close down for the night but made sure I got some donuts and coffee. The employees were friendly. Coffee was good. Worth it! **EDIT** I just changed this to five stars because I looked deeper in my bag and saw an extra donut. THEY HOOKED ME UP!

Had to pay for my donut on free donut Friday, workers are clueless and didn't know what they were doing, they also did not have large cups only medium highly dissatisfied

The coffee is great and always fills the surrounding areas of the store with the wonderful scent. The smell alone is a wake up call. The store representatives are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Opening time is 5:00 am and they close in the evening when the last flight in the vicinity has departed.
